Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Policy

At Green Tech Mining and Services LLC (GTMS), we are committed to integrating HSEQ management into our operations to ensure the well-being of all involved in our operations, the protection of the environment, and the satisfaction of our customers and community goodwill.

Our HSEQ Policy serves as a framework to guide our actions and decisions, ensuring compliance with International Standards such as the International Labor Organisation (ILO), International Organization for Standardization (ISO) & Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), principles and relevant legislations and requirements in the country we operate in.

This commitment is made in the best interests of our employees, partners, and the communities in which we reside and operate.

Our ultimate objective is GOAL ZERO:

  • No harm to the environment
  • No quality non-conformance
GTMS is dedicated to
  • No harm to people by protecting the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, contractors, visitors, and other stakeholders by implementing robust health and safety management systems
  • Identifying and mitigating hazards, reporting and investigating incidents, training employees, and maintaining emergency preparedness
  • No harm to the environment by minimizing our environmental footprint, preventing pollution
  • Assessing and mitigating environmental impacts, managing waste, conserving energy and resources, and complying with regulations
  • Prioritizing customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality products and services that meet or exceed customer expectations while also continuously improving our processes
  • Continuously improving our HSEQ performance through regular monitoring, evaluation, and review processes.
Affected Activities and/or Parties
This HSEQ Policy applies to all employees, contractors, and stakeholders involved in our operations. All employees are responsible for adhering to this policy and contributing to achieving our HSEQ objectives.
Authorisation This HSEQ Policy is authorized by the management who provides the necessary leadership, resources, and support to ensure the effective implementation of this integrated management system.
